Review

The Club is a first person shooter game for Windows computers. The game moves away from what is usually expected from FPS games. Its focus is not so much on the single player campaign, but rather on multiplayer. That is one of the main reasons why it has so many multiplayer modes. It can be seen that the emphasis was on that part of the game. The game features 8 main characters. During the single player campaign, you can use any of them. Each one of them has different characteristics. Some are more offensive (aggressive) and some are more defensive. This is more meaningful during multiplayer matches. Some modes actually require you to have players on a team that have different attributes. There is a specific mode that is all about trying to capture certain tokens, while defending your own. If you have a defensive player, you can guard your position, but will have problems going for the opponent's token. The graphics are not something to call home about, but are certainly not as bad as other games out there. This game is really keen on playability, and that is great, since the game will not bore you three days in.
Advantages
  • Great multiplayer modes.
  • Great different characters.
Disadvantages
  • Not so great graphics.
